Terms of Service
last updated · 2026-05-13
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Replyable, operated by {{LEGAL_NAME}} (“we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.
The service
Replyable surfaces public posts from X (formerly Twitter) that match topics you provide, so you can decide which ones to reply to. We fetch posts via third-party APIs; we do not post on your behalf and we do not access your X account. Reply suggestions and post summaries are produced by AI and are informational only.
Account and eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old. One account per person. You are responsible for keeping your authentication credentials secure and for all activity under your account.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, attempt to abuse the service, or expose us to legal risk.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use Replyable output to automate replies on X in violation of X’s terms of service;
- scrape, mirror, or resell the service or its output;
- reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code or model weights;
- use the service to harass, defame, or otherwise harm third parties;
- attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our infrastructure.
Subscriptions, billing, and refunds
Paid plans are billed via Lemon Squeezy, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy issues invoices, collects payment, and remits VAT or sales tax in the applicable jurisdictions. Your contract for payment is with Lemon Squeezy in addition to your service contract with us.
Subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
Refunds. Replyable is a digital service that begins delivery immediately at checkout. At checkout EU consumers are asked to consent to immediate performance and acknowledge the loss of the 14-day right of withdrawal (Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU). We do not offer pro-rata refunds for partial billing periods. If you believe you were charged in error, contact {{CONTACT_EMAIL}} and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
AI output disclaimer
Posts, summaries, suggested angles, and any other AI-generated content are produced automatically and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for anything you choose to post on X or share elsewhere based on Replyable output.
Third-party services
Replyable depends on third-party services including X (post data), xAI (Grok AI), Clerk (authentication), Neon (database), Lemon Squeezy (payments), and Vercel (hosting). We are not affiliated with X or xAI. Your use of those services through Replyable is also subject to their own terms.
Intellectual property
We own the Replyable software, design, and brand. You retain ownership of the topics and notes you submit. You grant us a limited licence to process that content for the purpose of delivering the service to you.
Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided on an “as is” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that posts surfaced will be relevant.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer that cannot be excluded under mandatory law (including the Polish Civil Code and Consumer Rights Act).
Termination
You can delete your account at any time; deletion erases your sessions and preferences as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend the service or your account at any time for breach of these Terms or for legal or operational reasons.
Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email and in-app at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Polish courts competent for our registered seat, except where mandatory consumer-protection rules require otherwise.
EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
